- Don't take life so seriously because worry shows up on your face,
- Take time regularly to be by yourself and with your friends,
- Choose your friends wisely - they have to love, honor, accept, and appreciate you just the way you are (works both ways),
- Learn to flow with whatever each moment brings,
- Savor every moment as if it might be your last,
- Travel and explore,
- Try new things,
- Spend time doing the things that bring you the most joy,
- Walk away from anything or anyone that is detrimental to your physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual wellbeing.
